Pastor John Burns is once again taking on
the huge challenge of golfing 100 holes in one day at a golf course. With no cart, carrying his clubs himself, he will run the hilly course
over 5 times. That's literally a marathon distance and he'll stop to
swing over 500 times! It's a ridiculous challenge that he is taking on
to raise financial support and awareness a cause that's incredibly
important.
Mercy Ministries Canada will receive all pledges and
donations given. Mercy Ministries is a short term residential care home
in British Columbia, Canada, that exists to help young women who are seeking
freedom from life-controlling issues such as drug and alcohol addiction,
depression, eating disorders, unplanned pregnancy, physical and sexual
abuse and self-harm.
